a-for future fundraising , in case someone solicits and accepts money from you , under the name of this project, a written receipt must be provided and the ID, address and phone number of the person must be written on the receipt. Please ensure these information are provided accurately. No excuses.
b-all funds raised will be put in escrow under a lawyer’s trust account and funds will be reported for verification to the public.
c-all information are transparent and will be posted to the Golden Age Village Foundation of BC website and can be audited for accuracy .
